'Diorama Moonlight' is a unique sculpture by the British artist, Cathryn Shilling.

In the artist's own words;

"Traditional dioramas sought to imitate nature and thereby instil the viewer with a reverence to its beauty and grandeur by offering a glimpse into the vastness and spectacular nature of the world, before the impact of human intervention. This modern Diorama represents the enormous beauty and colour of Moonlight. For this I used a painstaking process to bring hundreds strands of fine glass together, fused them in a kiln then shaped the piece"
